About

Lake Wildwood is an active, gated community located about one hour northeast of Sacramento in the historic Gold Rush foothills of Nevada County. The welcoming Northern California golf community features an 18-hole championship golf course meandering through neighborhoods and homesites. A treat for golfers and residents alike, Lake Wildwood's natural beauty comes to life through a lush green backdrop that's complemented by a private lake that looks like a deep blue gemstone in the midst of it all.

Fostering a true recreational lifestyle, this active community's abundant outdoor amenities and seasonal festivities make it a consistently desirable place to call home. In addition to golf and various lake activities, amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, marina, swimming complex, and fitness center - along with a clubhouse and community center for onsite dining, special events, club activities, and a variety of social gatherings.
